Voracious and avaricioustic sub-fowl with the olfactory senses of a proboscidean bloodhound whom I first found nesting beneath the trees of blue larch. It swallowed first my supper-offering, then my assistant, decorating its leaf laden quarters with his watch and ring. Fascinatingly swift-striking with legs like oiled red pistons of scales and keratin, it sprang away to find another meal. It came across a caterpillar thing that I wished I had discovered first name scheming wise. Baron Thaddeus Thing – Expedition 3 of Planet Thing. Franklin has an idea to get more money in the shop

Well here we are with the third short! This one was a lot of fun to work on this past week. I'll go into more details below as there will be spoilers if you haven't watched it yet. But thank you so much for the support! Newgrounds saw potential in the first episode and gave it a front page position. Truly thankful for that opportunity, and i'm really happy that the short has found some fans. I've been receiving some great messages and really am enjoying meeting others in the indie animation scene. OK, on with the the details. Spoilers from this point on. <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/571/iu_1571729_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1571729_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="341,606">THE STORYThis third short is based on true events. I was out celebrating a friends birthday and there was an arcade, a claw machine contained these capybara toys, I just really wanted to win one but the machine wouldn't hand it over. My partner decided she would make it her mission to get it for me and i'm happy to say she returned to the arcade the next day and did get it as a surprise, and i'm now a proud owner of a capybara holding a smiling pineapple. FRANKLINWe saw Franklin in the 2nd short briefly. But this time he's made his debut. Franklin is a positive happy guy that just wants to help in anyway he can.. sometimes, he makes mistakes but that's ok. I find BIG characters are a fun contrast to the smallness of Thalia. Having a range of character sizes makes for a more visually dynamic cast and I love how Franklin is essentially Frankenstiens monster wearing bowling shirts and sandals. He's a lovable dude and I can't wait to make more with him.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/571/iu_1571750_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1571750_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="248,419"> WRITING COMEDYProbably the hardest thing to write because it's just so subjective and i'm not a super confidant writer of anything. The first two shorts required the viewer to have some external knowledge of films like Twilight and Terrifier 3 to really land as intended. So this time I wanted to make the comedy as self contained as it can be. This ones for everyone, or at least I tried my best to write it that way. Some of the greatest comedies ever written stick close to what most people can relate to, Faulty Towers with its husband &amp; wife running a business angle, IT crowd with its office antics... THE OFFICE itself! all of those are relatable character driven sitcoms. As well as referencing popculture from time to time, I need to remember that the writing will land best if it serves what people KNOW. So going forward I hope to lean into that more. and when all else fails? slapstick... Tom the cat getting hit in the face with a frying pan never fails. THE SHOPThe Voodoo Vids building itself is somewhere I want the viewer to desire to go. it's warm, inviting, filled with interesting things. It likely smells of stale coffee and hot CRT's and plastic video cases. I've seen every inch of it because I built everything in it, but the viewers haven't, So I try to get a few establishing shots in there to show the place from different angles. Getting that feeling of "I wish I could go to a place like Voodoo Vids" across more without sapping the pace. I just love strong establishing shots, combined with a nice piece of music, it sets the tone for the rest of it. There is a lot more to see inside, but we'll get to that in a future episode. SILLY VOICESI've done voice work before but for comerical purposes. Yes... I've literally been the guy that says"BUT WAIT! There's more" and I still do that, but I've wanted to get into character work for a while, so I'm using my own project as an excuse to have fun and explore that side of things too.I promise i'll get new voices in for future episodes... i'm no Hank Azaria and i'm looking forward to working with more people. SOME TECHNICAL STUFFThe Capybara world machine was fun to make BUT it was a headache at times. Between the claw rigging, and parenting to the control box, and the fricken CORD on the claw OMG... That was a fiddly thing to get looking right. A lot of trial and error but I settled on a bezier curve and used "hook to" constraints. It does the trick and that's good enough! The Capybara toy itself is a real toy, so I used my own as reference to make the model. I drew the machine artwork in Photoshop and brought it in as an image texture. and to finish off the machines aesthetics I composed its chiptune jingle using a website called "beepbox", if you want to make cool chip tunes and muck about with it, it's a great tool!I was going to model some coins for Victor to use, but I decided it was a detail I could cut to save time, and I don't think it would impact the visual impact by not having that in there. ON great tools a friend told me about WIGGLYPAINT which is the tool I used to draw the squiggly doodles of the characters in the credits. I love how fun they are. FINAL NOTEAside from my partner doing voice work and helping me recording foley sounds I'm working on the animation alone. It's tough but seeing the end result is so satisfying. And if others are enjoying it too then that's even better! Doing this lets me take on all aspects of a production and being indies, we get to just MAKE stuff without having to pass it around a boardroom for sign off on the dirt texture on the glass of the capybara machine. Thanks for the support, thank you for watching, and I look forward to hopefully making you laugh again real soon.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/571/iu_1571751_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1571751_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="764,316">

Lapp Rhymes To Make Ringo Grime and Slime The Airborne Plane

Ringo…Rhymes With…Well you already know- This apple is such a goofy little munchkin, I just had to animate her for a little bit. Very scruncly bup. Please watch her content, she's really funny- there's so much animators lately that are really cool to watch honestly- Ringo belong to <a href="https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UCuIJYnmwSeCANiYh408ktkg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> @RingoTsuga </a> Also this is the first time I’ve ever animated Lapp for a video…Wowie it only took 6 and a half years- I’m really happy he finally has some screentime here and also super happy that I finally got to do another animation experiment for this upload. It doesn’t seem like much but I got to learn a bit more on the effects side of things and lean towards a more parody style animation.

You'll see that over time, the colors and backgrounds become nonexistent because of the lack of time and the fact I started my first job by the second week. Any and all animation and coloring errors are kept in to reflect this. This animation also serves as a basis for location designs/personality tests for a comic story named "Julan", and frankly just exercise for animating humans. Some of you might have seen concept drawings of the story on other platforms. I'm very open to explaining what "Julan" is, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! With that being said, enjoy this goofy and light-hearted story about a ghost wanting some milk! :)

Support me <a href="http://www.patreon.com/wafellmaker" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">www.patreon.com/wafellmaker</a> Well here we are; The STPPM finale. I had so so so much fun with this project. I'm Genuinely so happy with how the finale turned out. I will leave below another little diary entry about this episode. I understand my pipeline - release infrequency does not please the YouTube algorithm, and I know of strategies I could employ to better my odds. (making smaller, easier projects, animating trending topics, etc) I believe while these strategies would better my chances of getting my art out there, they would make me disappointed in myself as an artist. I've made the conscious decision to take the hard route to make me happy with what I'm doing, even if my work is less publicly 'successful.' Despite knowing all of this, it is still extremely disheartening to spend months and months on an episode, only to release it and see it gain zero traction. So disheartening that it actually had me seriously consider giving up on Super Turbo Power Punch MAXED after episode 2. I am so glad I didn't. I am so glad I finished this series. I believe it to be something truly special to me. But before I get ahead of myself, lets talk about episode 5. This chat may leak into topics across the whole series, as at the time of writing this I just watched the series as a whole, and feelings towards STPPM as a whole certainly are flowing. Kal's redesign was planned in the script. But I didn't actually have a plan for what I wanted him to look like when he became the Keeper of Radness. I waited until I got to Damian's death before modeling Kal. I really like Kals new design. The black belt caused me some headache, but I think the result was worth it. I really like a lot of the dialog between Kal and Korloc in this episode. It's a lot of high inspired confrontational silliness. Stuff I like to imagine Kal picked up across all of his movie watching both in the vision realm and over the course of his childhood. I watched a lot of Kung-fu movies as a child. Which of course was accompanied with all kinds of action movies of all way shapes and forms. Basically everything Jet Li, Fearless, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The One, The Protector, Ong Bak, Matrix,. I could go on and on. Martial arts always attracted my interest as I am a huge action fan. My family means a great deal to me, and while I have always and continue to connect with different members of my family over different things, I spent a great portion of time watching these films with my Dad. My Dad was hugely involved in my childhood and is unquestionably the culprit in injecting an appreciation for kung fu movies into my life. (Hey what do you know, The effect you have on others, eh?) Anyways, kung fu movies hold a special place in my heart, and I thank my dad for that. The shot towards the end of Episode 4 of Kal and Damian watching Kung fu movies in the vision realm reminds me of those days with my dad. huddled in front of the family TV rewinding the VHS to watch the cool fight scene once more. A lot of Kal's kung fu is just him waving his hands around. As though all he did was perceive kung fu fights through TV rather than being trained seriously. Because that's exactly what he did. There was a time when I was a kid I used to think I could be a master just by watching TV. But after just 10 minutes of jumping around doing kung fu in the backyard, it was always easier to just go inside to watch more kung fu and daydream, much like my fellow enthusiast Kal. Kal takes his 'training' much more seriously than I ever did. But the inspiration for his character was a hyper-dramatic version of my younger self. A caricature of the 'I watch kung fu movies I know what im doing' type. The fact we did not see the lessons Kal learned in the movies directly was perhaps a strange choice for the story. It was however a conscious decision for the overall message and theme. We learn from the influences around us. Of those influences, it's our jobs as people to filter and deduce what is worth passing on to others, and what we can let go of. With this in mind, it doesn't matter what specific influences did what to Kal directly. Kal made the decision that of everything he's learned,. Being Rad is whats worth passing on. I feel I could talk all day about the nitty gritty but a lot of it is pretty self-explanatory as to what I was going for, so I leave it to you! I started writing a script for my next project back in August of 2024. I plan to start working on my new project very soon. But fear not, Another action packed story is coming. Thanks again everyone for your patience, and your loving support through my journey. I love you all dearly. Take care.Music: Approaching Black - The Reason, Feint &amp; Laura Brehm - We Won't Be Alone Sounds used: <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xK98WuAvjD59vqlHISKKC6TKY4lbjc3r4emgudgnBeI/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xK98WuAvjD59vqlHISKKC6TKY4lbjc3r4emgudgnBeI/edit?usp=sharing</a>

Thanks for watching my independent animation! Please consider supporting me! Be sure to subscribe and hit the bell so you don't miss a cartoon! LOVE YOU (I've decided to start chatting about my work in the description moving forward. Have a read if you're interested in my process!) vv Well Episode 2 is here. This is easily my favorite piece of art I've ever created. I had a really good time adding some action shots to an otherwise action-less episode of my work. I really love this high contrast pallet. The crazy bright characters turned out sooo good on the dark corporeal realm court room. I certainly intend to write a script that capitalizes on these sort of visuals for my next project. In this episode we meet Katie Spring. Man did Corgan ever demolish this performance. It was so fun watching her bring Katie to life. The performance is so energetic that it motivated me to do all her over-the-top expressions. originally she wasn't going to be on screen when telling Kal about the Keepers. But the performance was just too good to not have her on the screen. I've tried to not dump a huge amount of exposition in my work. It has sadly led to a lack of understanding from the audience. So in this episode I tried to lay out a lot of what's going on, in addition to preserving some mystery. I have begun writing the script for my NEXT project after STPPM is complete. This storywriting problem is the number one priority moving forward with said script. While I love this episode, I want the exposition and action to be more intertwined moving forward. I got to voice Damian, the Keeper of Radness. This is one of my favorite performances ever. Damian is so fun to perform,. I feel more attached to him than I do playing Kal. I fear Kal is a flat lead character. Which leads me to not be super stoked on the performance, or animation. This is a problem I plan to eradicate when moving on to the next series. I do like Kal. He will be much more meaningfully interesting towards the back end of STPPM. But I simply feel hes outshined by Katie and Damian. I'm excited to write new characters with these self-critiques in mind. I think that's all I have to say about Episode 2 for now. I had so much fun with it. The colors being the big winner, But the performances, stepped animation, and shot composition were all such amazing highlights. Can't wait to for more animation soon! Cyberen poops in the soup!?!!? Hey there, folks. Princess Laucherella is back again bringing you a new Cyberen Silly! Today Cyberen engages in some particularly reprehensible behavior. As you may have guessed from the title, Cyberen does in fact poop in the soup. Tonight's cartoon opens with Cyberen squatting over a large tureen of his famous, nutritious beet soup, dropping a big, fat, orange fecal Cyberen-loaf into the mix while Jhonen Vasquez and others look on in horror. Why would Cyberen do such a horrible thing?! Let's back up and find out what wacky circumstances led Cyberen to this new low. In an extended flashback sequence, we see that Jhonen Vasquez's personal cook has commited suicide with a shotgun. With a dinner party starting later that evening, Jhonen is forced to requisition the help of the only person within a hundred mile radius not invited to the party. You guessed it: Cyberen! Cyberen is more than happy to help, of course. Cyberen is always ready to help a friend in need, boys and girls. This is a good character trait. The world will be a better place if you all take Cyberen's moral lessons to heart. I work really hard to make sure Cyberen is a character you kids can look up to! Despite being a good friend, Cyberen is normally an infamously horrible cook, as long time watchers know. Jhonen is prepared for a disaster, but surprisingly, Cyberen's super duper beet stew is a success! Remember, boys and girls, beets are yummy and very good for you, and can make your pee-pee fun colors! Always eat your fruits and veggies! Ever suspicious of Cyberen, Jhonen Vasquez seeks to find out why! But before he does, he gets himself in quite a pickle when he agrees to bring another batch of soup to a charity potluck hosted by an old Cyberen Sillies villain, Mayor McChode, the villainous mayor of Alamosa, Colorado! Unfortunately, Jhonen - and the rest of Alamosa's classiest citizens - find out Cyberen's secret ingredient RIGHT AS HE IS ADDING IT. You guessed it folks... CYBEREN POOPS IN THE SOUP! Will Mayor McChode's dinner plans be cancelled? Will Jhonen Vasquez be run out of Alamosa? Who is that mysterious old woman? WATCH AND FIND OUT! Remember that I love you, and NEVER add fecal matter to something you are going to eat. It contains harmful bacteria, and just doesn't taste very good. Trust me, I know! Love always, Princess Laucherella
