Hiiii ^_^ this is my first time animating for madness day… and the last time I’ll ever submit most likely. I start college next year and I know I’ll be busy if I already am.I love Hofnarr and his character so much, I had to reanimate this short, I’ve probably watched it over 100 times now.next month actually marks 5 years I’ve liked his character, LOL. i hope you guys liked it, I know it’s a bit rough but I also made it in 2 days. I actually finished it day of madness day. original audio: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@MADNESSProjectNexus" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.youtube.com/@MADNESSProjectNexus</a> Edit: I forgor to add the normality timer but adding it meant I would have to re-edit the whole thing and I’d really rather not sooo whatever

The clock counts down your freedom... Listen to 'Timber Heart Silence' & step

<blockquote>"They existed before humans learned to name the darkness. And they waited—patient, silent, immortal—until you stepped through the door." 🕯️</blockquote> You arrived in Mina drömmars stad, the City of Dreams, with nothing but a single, battered bag carrying eighteen years of loneliness from one orphanage to another. You walked past the frozen cobblestone streets, beneath the fading orange-tiled roofs weathered by sea salt and heavy moss, looking for a place to disappear. And then, Mrs. Ann found you. She brought you here, into this hallway of muted emerald walls and the faint, deceptive comfort of dried chamomile and simmering tea. Under the warm, golden glow of the chandelier, the madness of the world outside seems to fade away. Here, you allow yourself to believe you are safe. You allow yourself to warm your bleeding fingers by the hearth and pretend that you are not running from a fate too monstrous to comprehend. But do not let the quiet fool you. Listen closely to 'Timber Heart Silence'. Beneath the comforting melody lies a suffocating stillness. The grandfather clock in the corner doesn't just count the hours—it counts the remaining heartbeats of your freedom. Every heavy tick is a warning. Every shadow stretching along the staircase is a reminder that the safety of this house is nothing but borrowed time. Outside, the chilling fog is creeping under the floorboards, and the velvet snare of the Matchmaker's shop is already tightening around your soul. You were not chosen because you are strong. You were chosen because you are the only one who can look into the eyes of the entity waiting in the dark, and not bow your head. The hearth is fading. The clock is ticking. Will you find a true home within these walls, or will you let the shadows rewrite your mind? The playable Demo of Wandering Relics is officially live. TIMBRE OF A WOMAN

A long forgotten classic cartoon presented in the highest of quality. A Blender mess.

My first blender project, my first time writing a scripts for an animation, and my first time working with sound. Lots of ambition and lots of folly, it is an absolute mess. I could lie and say the video is 320p as a reference to old cheap vhs copies of cartoons but really it was in order to render it on time (took 2.5 hours, would have taken 17 hours at 640p). The video has a lot of errors and scenes that are too long and barely animated. The original script was over 7 minutes long but I cut it down for sanity sake. The video was meant to be a weird combination of classic cartoons and pseudo 3d paper puppets that was purposefully weird but went more absurd than I planned. Ultimately I learned a lot of what not to do. For those who have been following I originally uploaded the first half of this in order to pique anyone's interest who wanted to be a part but now its finally done. I'm going to upload more episodes and animations on my youtube channel here <a href="https://youtu.be/09prlerfF00" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/09prlerfF00</a> In 2020 a lot of people say oh 2020 sucks ugh i cant go outside ugh i gotta wear a mask! no 2020 was one of the worst years of my life. I thought I had pushed two of my best friends to walk out of my life, work was piling on top of classwork for class I didn't like and HAD to take then my house floods, then covid happens then I lose all hope. Were it not for the simple pleasures of playing RDR2 couped up in a hotel room stomping rats as Arthur in a saloon for money I never would have came up with the idea for Rat Stompin Ralph and there my journey began. As I added more and more things turned around, I felt I had purpose again and suddenly, a year later I'm graduated with a full animated cartoon pilot showing at an art gallery as part of a thesis exhibition. At the very end of this journey my dear sweet Maddie passed on so this is dedicated to her as well as everyone in my life who saw the beginning and end of this journey.<img src="https://uploads.ungrounded.net/tmp/img/303000/iu_303151_8559576.png" alt="iu_303151_8559576.png" data-smart-scale="764,805"> <img src="https://uploads.ungrounded.net/tmp/img/303000/iu_303150_8559576.png" alt="iu_303150_8559576.png" data-smart-scale="764,270"> <img src="https://uploads.ungrounded.net/tmp/img/303000/iu_303127_8559576.png" alt="iu_303127_8559576.png" data-smart-scale="764,430"> I'm aware its a little rough around the edges, its my first animation ever and I hope with enough support and the freedom to work on it at my own pace, free of time constraints I can continue the saga and put more work into the writing and production. I don't blame you if you think all this is overly saccharine or pretentious or that its a sob story just judge it as a first timer's foray, that's all I ask

Captain Hardcore version v0.7 is out now!

Captain Hardcore v0.7 out now! Mocap animation timeline + playback controls, seamless animation looping, animation saving, save scenes in the ship, ball gag and more! There's a new animation timeline and playback controls, and mo-cap animations now save with the scene! You can also save scenes anywhere in the ship! Update v0.7 release notes:NEW: Motion capture animation timeline and playback controls. This controls all characters in the scene with one UI so you can play, pause, rewind and scrub through the entire scene animation easily.- It's now easier to layer up animations, and the IK points will stay in sync with each other as they're all controlled by one timer instead of having their own individual timers.- The first motion you record will determine the overall length of the loop, then you can rewind to the start and record another IK point or character and gradually layer things up.- There's also buttons to increase or decease the duration of the loop or clear the whole thing.NEW: Mocap animations are now saved with the scene! When loading a scene the animations will auto play!NEW: Mocap animation loops are now seamless. The start and end are automatically blended to create a smooth transition.NEW: All IK points can now be animated including elbow and knee controls, upper body IK and the look at target.NEW: Upper body IK point lets you move and rotate the upper body seperately to the hip control. This can be turned on and off or hidden in the same way as the knee and elbow controls.NEW: Use the Cyber Masturbatorium to save and load scenes anywhere in the ship!NEW: Ball gag accessory.NEW: Much requested "Position Locked" setting for furniture, this is turned on by default so you can't accidentally grab objects and mess up your scene!NEW: You can now enable ambient occlusion in the graphics settings menu.NEW: 3 new characters.NEW: Built in scenes.Improved: Increased flexibility of the torso and slightly improved hand posing.Improved: Scenes now save the last player location and will spawn you in this location when loading.Improved: When pressing "back to scene" the player is now teleported to their last location instead of the default spawn point.Improved: Joint targets now move with the whole character when grabbing by the hip and holding trigger.FIXED: The double dildos are no longer locked to Asstronaut tier, this should have been the case in 0.6 but I made a mistake and didn't realise until testing this build!FIXED: Camera rotation no longer resets itself when switching to edit mode in desktop play.FIXED: Giant hand in the players face when using no motion controller mode.FIXED: Disabling and re-enabling joint targets causes them to move to an incorrect position.FIXED: Can't move mouse more than 40% up the screen when using Oculus headsets in no motion controller mode.General bug fixes and improvements! Captain Hardcore v0.7 - Recording and layering mo-cap animations - Basic tutorial

Cartoons and paintings come to life in my new intro! Check it out!

My newest intro for my account! Tried some new stuff with concepts like perspective, colouring, detail etc. Easily the most tedious part about this was drawing, colouring and animating the entirety of the Flash User Interface. Tried to add as much detail as possible with the frames counting upwards, the timer ticking and that line scrubbing across the frames all being as accurate as I could possibly make it at my current skill level. It's also timed exactly as the regular interface as it's animated to tick upwards at the same pace as it! Each book on the shelf there actually has it's own unique title written in cursive, but admittedly it's pretty hard to see. But I kept it in because i thought it was a nice detail to add nonetheless if not for my own amusement. Try and see how many you can work out, if any. Please leave any feedback as well as your thoughts on it in the comments below, much appreciated!

MMZ *Quick Fight*

An animated short illustrating how an 8-bit version of genocide looks on the big screen!

⚠⚠!!!!!!THIS IS A SPOILER FOR THE GENOCIDE ROUTE OF UNDERTALE!!!!!!!⚠⚠
(Questions have been edited as of 10-28-18) Q- Where did the disclaimer go? A- Too many folks criticized it for being too long and I totally agree with them. That being said I will state AGAIN that THIS IS A SPOILER FOR THE GENOCIDE ROUTE OF UNDERTALE! If you have yet to play this route please reframe from watching this video! Q- Can I use the video/re-upload it For a dub/amv/comic etc.? A- NO. I worked far too hard on this for others to scrutinize it. Thank you for the enthusiasm but I prefer to keep it here out of personal preference. I'm vain and anal about my image to a fault, I am sorry in advance. (Reaction videos are the only exception but must be credited!) Q- Why does Chara look ugly? A- This was the weirdest response from the audience that I got and the only polite way I can respond to this is by saying that these characters were meant to be extremely subjective upon the games release so forgive me if my interpretation didn't live up to your expectations. Keep in mind that the player character is meant to be a murderous lunatic in this playthrough not a happy go lucky child. Q-What did you use to animate this? A-Character animation=Adobe Animate CC Backgrounds=Photoshop Everything else=Adobe After Effects Q- Why is Chara literally fighting Sans? I thought the fight was against a "possessed" Frisk? A- Unfortunately this was just a dumb oversight by me, I designed Chara's model on a whim and just stuck to it unaware that I would dedicate myself to this project months later. I did a test halfway through where I swapped Frisk/Chara's color palette and it just didn't work. I honestly intended for this to be as canonical as possible; just think of this as Frisk in full possession mode or something... Q-Are you going to be doing more Undertale scenes or interpretations? A-Honestly no. I'll be making more animations in the future however, I shall not stop here! By all means, stick around! I'm an obsessed fan of many more things than just Undertale! ----------------------------------------------------------------

Undertale Animated: Genocide Interpretation

An ad for my animation unit at university

I made this as a uni project for my After Effects unit. Decided to TRY make something entertaining. I was required to advertise the unit, so I opted for telling a silly story withing the strict 60 second timer. The pacing is a bit too rushed due to the time limits I was given mixed with other assignments taking up time.
Not going to make cartoons like this again as I feel this is a bit below my standards. and I can't frame-by-frame as naturally as I would like.

Old timer butch gets fired for being a terrible entertainer and he's not happy ---------------------------------------------- I missed the last one but made it in time for the 4th one! My submission for the 4th animation jam. Like always had fun doing something that I wouldn't normally make
all art and sound effects were made by me except the background office noise which was found on freesounds.org

In with the new, out with the old

Short film that include small Deaf joke :)

I created this in my animation class at college since I'm majoring in animation mainly in 3D. So I had to take basic 2D animation class which is pretty fun. I only make this in few hours which is why it look rough.
I'm Deaf and so I wanted to make short film that include my Deaf culture with humor. So I hope you understand this Deaf Joke haha Enjoy :)

Deaf Joke: Timber!

I created this Timer to count down for 2 or 1 minutes and 60 seconds while i have this projected on my giant window for Halloween this year for every one to see until my next animations play. And for NGs here I would set it for how ever many days there is till Halloween but sadly I only know how to draw and or animate and not action script. Its to hard for me and I worked my butt off for this, I almost had it but if anyone out there could gladly type or link me the action script for 2 and or 1 mins and 30 secs that would be the best and would complete this animation and also the days till Halloween just for this website here. :) thanks and I need help before Halloween if anyone can please. PS: I still could use loads of help on the programing tho that's why the timer isn't set up yet because It's too complicated for my tiny brain lol.

Halloween Time Goblet

The Countdown to Christmas can be narrowed down to even seconds with this timer!

Just wanted to re-upload this again, I think this time I've finally got it, hopefully. :D Also, this is my first flash posted, and I know it's not an animation, I just wanted to give some festive spirit, that's all! :) The timer will have a suprise when it gets to midnight (it runs off your computer's clock), so make sure to have a look! (and it will still be there when you get up in the morning.) :)

Xmas Countdown

Countdown timer for Skyward Sword's release!

A simple countdown timer I made in Flash for the release of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in the United States. This is mainly for my Skyward Sword Fan page on Facebook. UPDATE- Added music and a mute button, working on a link to the Facebook page. Nice opening animation added, too.

Skyward Sword Countdown

What happens if you loose your voicebox in a world where all you can do is talk?

======================
|||Signal Series: Chapter 1|||
======================
A sad, dramatic story about a stickman-type person held in an experimental building, where all he can do all day is talk. He is imprisoned with many other people, which he grows to know better over the "days," which are literally kept on a timer. None of them know what happens when the timer runs out, because none of them have been alive very long. My first attempt at a somewhat "full-body" animation. The shakiness (when they stand still) is to give them life, so please don't leave comments saying "2 shaki" or "reduc3 teh shakes," please. (the shaking is my style, and don't say that that's just my excuse, because I COULD'VE made it less shaky if I wanted to) Enjoy this rather touching, mystery story, which may be revealed and explained in a sequel. :)

Tamias is Greek for "storer," a reference to the animals' habit of collecting and storing food for winter use.[1] The genus includes twenty-five recognized species,[2] with one species, T. sibiricus, in northeastern Asia, one, T. striatus, in eastern North America, and the rest native to western North America. Some authors have recently suggested that Tamias should be subdivided into three genera, corresponding to currently recognized subgenera Tamias, Eutamias, and Neotamias.[3] This usage, however, has not been widely adopted. The common name originally may have been spelled "chitmunk" (from the Odawa word jidmoonh, meaning "red squirrel"; c.f. Ojibwe, ajidamoo). However, the earliest form cited in the Oxford English Dictionary (from 1842) is "chipmonk". Other early forms include "chipmuck" and "chipminck", and in the 1830s they were also referred to as "chip squirrels," possibly in reference to the sound they make. They are also called "striped squirrels", "chippers", "munks", "timber tigers", or "ground squirrels", though the name "ground squirrel" usually refers to members of the genus Spermophilus. Tamias and Spermophilus are only two of the 13 genera of ground-living sciurids.
Eastern chipmunks mate in early spring and again in early summer, producing litters of four or five young twice each year.[5] Western chipmunks only breed once a year. The young emerge from the burrow after about six weeks and strike out on their own within the next two weeks.[6] Chipmunks have an omnivorous diet consisting of grain, nuts, birds' eggs, small frogs, fungi, worms, and insects.[5] At the beginning of autumn, many species of chipmunk begin to stockpile these goods in their burrows, for winter. Other species make multiple small caches of food. These two kinds of behavior are called larder hoarding and scatter hoarding. Larder hoarders usually live in their nests until spring. Cheek pouches allow chipmunks to carry multiple food items to their burrows for either storage or consumption.[7] These small mammals fulfill several important functions in forest ecosystems. Their activities harvesting and hoarding tree seeds play a crucial role in seedling establishment. They consume many different kinds of fungi, including those involved in symbiotic mycorrhizal associations with trees, and are an important vector for dispersal of the spores of subterranean sporocarps (truffles) which have co-evolved with these and other mycophagous mammals and thus lost the ability to disperse their spores through the air.[8] Chipmunks play an important role as prey for various predatory mammals and birds, but are also opportunistic predators themselves, particularly with regard to bird eggs and nestlings. In Oregon, Mountain Bluebirds (Siala currucoides) have been observed energetically mobbing chipmunks that they see near their nest trees.[citation needed] Chipmunks construct expansive burrows which can be more than 3.5 m in length with several well-concealed entrances. The sleeping quarters are kept extremely clean as shells and feces are stored in refuse tunnels.

StarWars Gangsta Rap is back with a vengence!This time with a brand new song and graphics!

Star Wars Gangsta Rap is back with a vengence! This time with a brand new song and much much higher quality animation! This is the first animation I've done after getting experiences in working in an actual animation studio! The whole video was just released on <a href="http://atom.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">atom.com</a> (<a href="http://StarWarsRap.atom" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">http://StarWarsRap.atom</a>.
com) and it is super graphic intensive. I had to divide the whole music video into many different parts in order to render as a .mov file frame by frame - what you see here is just the first part of it in flash, just under the limit of 10MB. It is impossible for me to render the entire thing in 1 flash file. Besides... the full video, I admit, is exclusively license to <a href="http://atom.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">atom.com</a> - since they were the ones who commissioned us to make this. It would not be good for me legally to post the entire video on here. For those of you who doubt the authenticity of this, I encourage you to take some time to look into my profile, my site, and my other submissions. You will see that I am a newgrounds old-timer going all the way back in the days of Brian Beaton and Will Stamper. I admit I have been pretty out of touch with this site recently. But a man's gotta make a living, you know. Hope you guys like it!

SW GangstaRap: Chronicles

A Toad Lock Tribute to Classic Super Mario Bros.

Lock Legion Bi-Weekly Contest #11 Entry. Of the assorted themes we could choose from, I decided (of course) to go with "Retro Video Games." So I've basically made a painstakingly accurate tribute (all of the scoring is accurate and the graphics were done excruciatingly to detail) of the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES, with Toad Lock. Make sure to watch the whole thing for the special twist ending! Special thanks to Spork Lock for whipping up the programming for the timer for me, and to Wine Lock for the hilarious bit of voice acting. Please score fairly, I worked quite hard on this (mostly due to the graphics/artwork) even though it's so short.
