Pangolin Keaton discovers the Fountain O' Life, and accidentally unleashes the Fuzz Spirit into it. This causes humanity to undergo a transformation, starting with a lil' Ruby. KARO NOTES:Truthfully, I was gettin' tired of drawing humans, so I'm tryin somethin here. Largely I was inspired by Pseudoregalia's Sybil. The Fountain O' Life was based on the Great Bay Fairy Fountain in the Majora's Mask remake. Ruby's hair is fluffier to differentiate her further from Kountess and Vi some more. Keaton's design changed a little after his scenes in this were done, the new iteration is seen in the Portal Pals segment. Since the date of 9/11 passed by during production, I added the World Trade Center in the news segment. In this universe, it was the Dick the Chicken planes on the Kitty Towers. So, I had more in store for this one, but I could only fit so much in this month, as well as the next, PINGcause I'll be attending classes through October and November. It's for character design and world building, so I'll be busier with that, and I'm unsure how much I'll be able to finish for the monthly cartoons during that time. That said, I'll be picking this one back up next I can. ~KARO '26 TO JOIN THE PILLOWFORT► <a href="https://patreon.com/CountessKARO" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://patreon.com/CountessKARO</a>WHERE ELSE TO FIND ME►<a href="https://countesskaro.carrd.co/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://countesskaro.carrd.co/</a>STORE►<a href="https://countess-karo-shop.fourthwall.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://countess-karo-shop.fourthwall.com/</a>

<blockquote>"Matt and Tommy are kidnapped and are offered as a sacrifice for a satanic ritual where a succubus will drain their manhood, but in return offer them voluptuous female bodies."</blockquote>I wanted to do a silhouette transformation in a while. we made ANOTHER ONE☝️ enjoy! :)I’m so happy the city of Minneapolis said they don’t use Flock :) isn’t that so great? yippie (to those of you that don’t live here, they’re everywhere 👍)this is another short in our Smolotov series!!here's more about the series:Smolotov is a young anarchist that train hopped across the country with her best friends &amp; her loon, “Big Dawg.” (Those close to Big Dawg call him Pancake.) Her and her friends snuck to Liberty Island after receiving magic “party favours” from a local. They went to the Statue of Liberty completely unnoticed. Then, something crazy happened... At first, they were concerned that they may be hallucinating. The cloth on the statue was swaying like real cloth. On investigating, they found out the cloth was real. All three of the friends cut a piece of the cloth and wrapped it on different parts of their bodies as a bandana equivalent of a best friendship bracelet. When train hopping back home, they noticed strange glowing from the cloths... And when they finally stepped back on home soil, it happened: their first .. magical girl transformation!!!!!!!!!!

Werewolf Teto 3D animation transformation

Finally got around to animating a dream I've had (many times.) Ran up against my self imposed time frame, so please excuse the lack of furniture, but to be honest, dreams don't make sense so take it as artistic liberty. Also had to render in 1k, I mainly stitched this scene together from older projects, but managed to fuck up the assets so badly that I pushed the texture memory past 16gbs (many duplicate shaders), it could only render a few frames before crashing blender and subsequently my desktop manager. I could have fixed it but the render wouldn't have been done before my mini vacation. I need to fix the assets anyway so maybe at a later date, I can come back and update this to 4k, but don't hold your breath.

A gay lil fox goes into a VR simulation that is slowly corrupting his mind.

In Altered you are trapped in a VR simulation full of Blue Slimes, Sweat Dragons and Plant Monsters eager to corrupt you into a submissive drone. It plays like a Zelda game Hack/Slash but with a lot more fucking. Primary themes are corruption, transformation, drones &amp; mindbreak. BEACH DAY EPISODE! Happy summer :) My partner and I made this short because we love going to the beach so much. Fun fact about Minnesota: water is cherished and loved here. Protecting water and loving our beaches is one of the few things EVERYONE can agree on! We agree on it so much, we would do ACTUALLY ANYTHING to protect our beaches. And I mean ANYTHING. We would protect them.... by ANY means necessary. AND the boundary waters. SMOLOTOV IS BACK

Seems like the Chaos Emeralds wanted to troll Team Sonic during the final battle, huh?

HI EVERYONE! This is my first upload on Newgrounds, and my first fully 2D animation, made just in time for Sonic's 35th Anniversary and ahead of Powerpuff Girls Z's 20th Anniversary too! I've had this idea in mind since a few months back, but it was kinda hard to figure out how to animate in 2D until I installed Flash a few days ago. I've always wanted to try 2D Animation, but I never got started properly until now. Anyway, I made this with the hope of getting into Sonic Shorts Volume 12! (or Volume 11, if Paradox is still awaiting submissions, although unlikely) So, <a href="https://thesonicparadoxteam.newgrounds.com">@TheSonicParadoxTeam</a>, if you see this, here's the FLA for this potential submission, in case you consider replacing the audio as well as the placeholder Japanese voice clips from Sonic Heroes and/or adding this one to Volume 11 or 12:<a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hhPA6miZMFMnlZDVf0q0bKa__nUK1BBo/view?usp=drivesdk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hhPA6miZMFMnlZDVf0q0bKa__nUK1BBo/view?usp=drivesdk</a> This is my proudest achievement so far, finishing a 2D Animation for the first time. So happy to hear everyone's thoughts on this. I've got another 2D short in mind that I wanna work on now that I've finished this, but I personally think this is my favourite so far.

Looks like witch of the Demon's Darkness belt to Ahh on him.

Amity finally defeats Giyu Tomioka: the water Hashira. 💧 The scene opens with intense combat already in motion. Amity, dressed in a striking black-and-purple outfit with flowing accents that give her a magical-girl-meets-dark-sorceress vibe (heavily inspired by Winx Club's transformation aesthetics), clashes directly with Giyuu. He wields his signature Nichirin Blade and summons signature Water Breathing techniques — swirling, fluid streams and crashing waves of blue water ripple across the frame as he attacks. Amity counters with dark, shadowy magic. Tendrils of deep purple and black energy whip around her, clashing against the water in explosive bursts of contrasting color. The animation uses dramatic lighting and particle effects to emphasize the elemental opposition: cool blues and aquas versus ominous purples and inky darkness. The fight builds quickly to a climax — Amity dodges or overpowers Giyuu's water-based strikes, closes the distance, and lands a powerful finishing move. She unleashes a concentrated blast or slashing wave of shadow energy that overwhelms him completely. Giyuu is sent reeling backward (or directly defeated on-screen), with water effects dissipating as he falls or is knocked out of frame. The short clip ends on Amity standing victorious, posed confidently with her dark aura still swirling around her, exuding a triumphant "badass magical girl" energy. Overall style: fluid 2D frame-by-frame animation typical of FlipaClip, bold color contrasts, dynamic camera angles (zooms, quick pans), and a mix of elegant magical-girl flair with gritty shonen battle choreography. The piece serves as a fun, fan-inspired "what-if" crossover showcasing the creator's OC dominating a canon powerhouse character. Kaiju Wolf Transformation

Short horror animation of my characters Yearthen and Willow.

This is a short animation of my two characters Willow and Yearthen, I made this animation in a day and it was my first ever actual animation besides a practice eye test. It's been long enough where I have made two more animations but I still enjoy how this one turned out.The story here is Yearthen lost more control of her amulet turning more into a beast while Willow happened to discover her mid transformation. This was slightly inspired by Kinzokumatto's "Dragon Ball The Others" series.

Aphrodite (Afrodita) Transformation (Destripando la historia x Disney) SFW/NSFW

This is a project I have in mind, is not finished yet. There are two versions of Aphrodite: The first is from the Spanish web series "Destripando la historia" (Unraveling History), and the second is from Disney's Hercules. The concept also incorporates the Aphrodite from Lore Olympus (the most difficult to animate) and the one from Record of Ragnarok. It's not exactly how I wanted it; it's an old animation. Disney's Aphrodite doesn't move the way I wanted because I wasn't very advanced in animation yet... But it's good practice. (Maybe I'll fix it later). Aphrodite Transformation (DLH x Disney)

Music by Armin Jusuframić, performed 2025, <a href="https://arminjmusic.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://arminjmusic.com/</a>Thank you so much for this fantastic dark ambient reinterpretation! The original version of this comic-animatic was drafted around 2010. Dead Space was the game that motivated me to buy my first proper gaming computer back in the 2010s.Back then, during a gaming party with some friends, one of them introduced us to Dead Space which he played in his Xbox 360. I was Blown away. I was unaware of the advancements in horror gaming and loved the immersive environment and creature designs. So I started saving for both a custom gaming computer from a small PC building business(a Rig which would also serve me for art and design) and a physical copy at an Office Depot (I didn't know of Steam until the sequel came out). While I was setting apart the money to buy my gaming rig, thanks to the immense hype and anticipation I started drawing the original version of this comic. This scenario was drawn thanks to the lore that my friend who owned the game at the time, told us while he was playing, and I also listened to the lullaby posted here <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpYz4EQVo1w&amp;list=RDbpYz4EQVo1w&amp;start_radio=1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpYz4EQVo1w&amp;list=RDbpYz4EQVo1w&amp;start_radio=1</a>, Something to note is that, prior to drafting the original version I didn't see the marketing trailer, I didn't watch other gameplays or youtube videos, I didn't check the Wikia, and the character references for drawing were scarce on the internet. As you see that version was left incomplete. I was lacking some art skills, and the figures and books from the game were not very available in my country until much, much later. I got my PC and my game and forgot about it for a long while. I picked up this fan art piece, after many years as it was a fun exercise in graphic narrative, and now I learned a bit of extra skills to properly finish comics. For the storytelling, I took inspiration from the Lullaby and used the lyrics as symbolisms to narrate the sequence within these pages. This is the tought process and break-down of the panels you see: Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star (glowing eyes)How I wonder what you are (a lifeform, a necromorph)Up above the world so high (necromorph falls from the ceiling)Like a diamond in the sky (Necromorph's glowing eye+ The Miner looking up)When the blazing sun is gone, (Sun=Miner's life)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Miner's death)Then you show your little light (Little light=Infector's Proboscis, sign of reincarnation/life, tunnel of light while dying or near death)Twinkle, twinkle, all the night. (All the night=Time Passing, transformation ongoing, preparing to return to life as a new form) Then the traveler in the dark, (Isaac)Thanks you for your little spark, (living monster=uncleared area )He could not see which way to go, (path unexplored, exit level is near)If you did not twinkle so. (if Isaac didn't find a living Necromorph) When the blazing sun is gone, (Marker blocks sunlight)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Marker is the source of the nightmare)Though I know not what you are, (the necromorph looming behind)Twinkle, twinkle, little star. (necromorph glowing eyes, little star= a lifeform) I haven't checked newest sources or lore expansion to see if what I "saw" in the lyrics was accurate to the story's representation XD. But still, wanted to finish this. Thanks so much for watching! I hope to get/play the reboot and buy its artbook soon!

Zenith Martlet transformation but it's an Overworld Cutscene

Okarun transformation into his Yokai form.

This took forever and I relished every minute of it, I know it ain't perfect but I really think this helped me get a much better understanding of smaller details and how they all need to be organised so they don't end up chaotic and messy, also added the sound effects and some background music to bring it all together so I hope you like it. And if you have any criticisms I would love to hear it to keep them in mind for my next project :)
