THE TRASH TROUPE AND THE KITTY KREW WILL BLOW YOUR MIND WITH THEIR NEW FLASH

The Trash Troupe is proud to present, along with the Kitty Krew, one of the most prevalent crews on Newgrounds, their first collaboration with each other. The original Stupid Collab was a collaboration with Two-Guys, but now the sequel is even better, with stupider flashes and more flashes to view than our original Stupid collab. This flash contains material produced by these people
- BananaTrash (Trash Troupe) / Lolimaster (Kitty Krew)
- Joey-Kazaam (Kitty Krew and Trash Troupe)
- SAK (Kitty Krew)
- VodkaTrash (Trash Troupe)
- Clock-Ninja (Kitty Krew) This flash will be the pinnacle of how Newgrounds spam truly brings people together. And now a song by The Doodlebops If you're feeling mad

COURTESY OF WIKIPEDIA
ITS AMAZING WHAT YOU CAN LOOK UP ON WIKIPEDIA The phrase mergers and acquisitions (abbreviated M&A) refers to the aspect of corporate strategy, corporate finance and management dealing with the buying, selling and combining of different companies that can aid, finance, or help a growing company in a given industry grow rapidly without having to create another business entity. An acquisition, also known as a takeover or a buyout or "merger", is the buying of one company (the 'target') by another. An acquisition, or a merger, may be private or public, depending on whether the acquiree or merging company is or isn't listed in public markets. An acquisition may be friendly or hostile. Whether a purchase is perceived as a friendly or hostile depends on how it is communicated to and received by the target company's board of directors, employees and shareholders. It is quite normal though for M&A deal communications to take place in a so called 'confidentiality bubble' whereby information flows are restricted due to confidentiality agreements (Harwood, 2005). In the case of a friendly transaction, the companies cooperate in negotiations; in the case of a hostile deal, the takeover target is unwilling to be bought or the target's board has no prior knowledge of the offer. Hostile acquisitions can, and often do, turn friendly at the end, as the acquiror secures the endorsement of the transaction from the board of the acquiree company. This usually requires an improvement in the terms of the offer. Acquisition usually refers to a purchase of a smaller firm by a larger one. Sometimes, however, a smaller firm will acquire management control of a larger or longer established company and keep its name for the combined entity. This is known as a reverse takeover. Another type of acquisition is reverse merger, a deal that enables a private company to get publicly listed in a short time period. A reverse merger occurs when a private company that has strong prospects and is eager to raise financing buys a publicly listed shell company, usually one with no business and limited assets. A music video about an alien boy and his star, on a trip of self-discovery and true love.

Hi there, it's my first animation on Newgrounds, I'm so excited c: This was originally made for Curta Motivo 2009, which is a short movie festival around here. Because of this animation, I have been awarded with a Fernando Monteiro prize. Please don't blame EdwardtCat for any errors on the translation! It might be my fault, after all, he did a Japanese to Portuguese transation, and then I had to translate from Portuguese to English, and that might have altered the translation a tad! --- The animation is about my two original characters, Saturn and Lumi. Saturn is a Pleiade, an alien species I have created that have skin of white, bright eyes and a star-like shape hair on the back of their heads. Saturn wakes up in a starry meadow in the middle of floating islands on space. Yeah, floating islands on space. Saturn wakes up with amnesia, and finds Lumi, a very brightful star. They become quick friends and decides to take a trip to our own planet, the Earth. Even though they have a lot of fun, there's something bothering Lumi. Lumi is being faced by a hard dilemma that she keeps it to herself. Apparently, something horrible happened in the past of both of them. Was Lumi the cause of the amnesia? Or was it something else? Lumi doesn't reveal, because a stronger feeling is pushing her behind. Love. She loves Saturn too much, which makes her dilemma even harder to deal with. Saturn is naive though, and although he feels like Lumi is sad, he doesn't know anything about it. Even though, Saturn tries to cheer her up and tries to make her forget about her past, because, deep down, he also loves her, but is too naive to know that.

The Last Village Trailer

A movie based on the marketing of sex and violence in video games

Edit again: There, I fixed the sound as best I could. I hope everyones happy now. This movie is pretty much to laugh at how parents complain about bad games, but get it for the kids anyways. Ex.1: A typical transaction
Ex.2: How parents see things happening
Ex.3: A Video Game Commercial Yet again, I was given a limit and a due date, although this time in class, I didn't cut it and try to do it all at the end... oh no. I tried to cut the art a little short and make it a decent size, but lo and behold, I still ended up staying up too late everyday to get this project done. I dunno what anybody will think, but I think it's funny. Here's for an A.
