Spyro: Master of Everything

Hey folks, been a while huh? It's been like, 30 days since my last upload. Anyway, this is what I've been working on for all that time, yes, I know the movement is a little stuttery and yes, I know my microphone is a little too quiet, I'm sorry. I'm working with MS paint and Clipchamp studio over here, and the only microphone I got is the one on my headset. That being stated, I am really proud of this animation, I think it came out pretty well despite what I was working with (and despite how lazy I am for that matter) For those who it will concern, I won't be doing any more P0stalVertig0 after this 2026. This year is the last you'll see of Benn and Larah for a while, at least in the realm of storytelling. I might draw some art of them here and there, but not as much as I used to. I've got about 3 to 4 art projects going before I go on a hiatus for the rest of the year. And on that note, on to the news. The year is almost up, just 3 more months till 2027 hits us. Overall, I'm really proud with my output, I can actually see the improvement and evolution in my art style from the start of the year to now, and I hope to keep improving. There were times where I would rush out a piece the was perhaps half-baked or just not up to par with the rest of my output simply so I could meet a made up deadline that I thought up. I don't want to do that no more, starting in 2027, my art output might slow down, and hopefully that means an improvement in my art. I want to improve my shadows, character design, backgrounds, boobs, stuff like that. With that in mind, I got something y'all might like, a new project in my mind, and not just that, 2 OF THEM TOO! The first one in store will be a continuation of my UnderDurst Yello' series. (if you have not seen that, please check it out) This time, instead of Undertale Yellow, I'm gonna plop Fred Durst off into the cozy town of Hometown, where he will meet a whole slew of new and inviting monsters, deers, birds, barney the dinosaur, OH MY! And it is in this town where he will begin another journey of death, music, comedy, and furries. Yeah, okay, enough beating around the bush, I'm parodying Deltarune, we're doing DeltaDurst. For anyone interest, just check out the banner for my Newgrounds page to get an idea of what's in store. Secondly, Backwash. In the year 2012, God came down to earth to take those worthy souls back to heaven to be spared judgement day. Finding nothing but a world conquered by sex, drugs, and violence, he brought no one back, there was not rapture, yet there was judgement. 1000 years later, in the year 3012, a man by the name of Byron Scotch finding himself transported from the past into a dark a dreary world where he must fight off a slew of animalistic super soldiers, and by some miracle, get back home. I'll only be releasing concept art in 2027 for this one. I want to plan it out a little more, but what I just told you is the basic premise. Thank you all for checking out my art, it truly means a lot to me. I hope that whatever I make is up to your standards of what you expect from me. I wish you all nothing but the best, God bless each and every one of you. The UFOs are ambushed by a furry being ... samurai kitty

It's UFO season! But this UFO season, instead of pointing your shotguns to the stars, watch this little video about some unknown ufos... The popular opinion on UFOs is that they are vehicles/machines ... but as far as I've seen or heard, no one explores the possibility that these are just metallic entities with dragonfly or hummingbird skill when it comes to moving in various directions... SO, this is those UFOs... The whole season is on the youtube... <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rERvzT-O9NI" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Untitled UFO project... Concept trailer for a game about drag racing (not like that)

Entry for <a href="https://aalasteir.newgrounds.com/news/post/1599638" rel="nofollow">Aalasteir (or whatever his name is this week)'s Original Game Concept Animation Jam!</a> [will include game design document here later] Five minutes before the end probably. Or not, kind of already broke the existing franchise rule anyway. It'll be fine, it just has lots and lots of guest characters, tell me what existing franchise it's a fan game of, all of them!? Don't be ridiculous. Anyway, the idea is it's a business management simulation with some idle game elements. You take bets to earn money for running events, hiring new racers, sabotaging anybody you didn't bet on yourself, the usual. And before you point it out, obviously the big chicken's attack should be an egg (shell) but the familiar turtle was more recognisable so just used it for this. The ironic thing is, I'm never going to make this! Going to use the sprites for a proper vehicle combat thing (I've just decided). Already playing this game on YouTube-(<a href="https://www.patreon.com/53xy83457" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">join the patreon</a> to take part if you like) So to summarise: I can just make games if I want to make games, this is completely against the spirit of the jam and I've wasted everybody's time. However, I will be keeping an eye out for other entries so, as suggested in the <a href="https://aalasteir.newgrounds.com/news/post/1599638" rel="nofollow">original post</a>, do indeed keep track of your assets.

Frag Race (fake game trailer)

Into the trash

This is the fifth episode of Roasted Meatloaf, originally made in 2022, marking a three year gap after the previous episode. The original production behind this episode was very complicated, though weirdly this version was much easier to adapt in some respects than the previous episode's adaptation. This episode marked an art shift in the series, relying much more on Inkscape than GIMP. Initially, GIMP wasn't going to be involved at all, but then there were some issues I had to fix that were a bit complicated to fix in Inkscape so I used GIMP to help (I had gotten GIMP back on my computer by this point.) One problem with the art style here in my opinion is that a lot of things don't really have as much texture as they might have had before. It has a more flat feel. Nonetheless, I guess it was good to play around with what Inkscape could do. Both GIMP and Inkscape would continue to be used for later episodes. I did a bit of chroma key/green screen experimentation in this episode. I sort of did that in the previous episode, except not as successfully. I initially wanted to use green screen for the part where Jeff is on the TV in that episode but ultimately I just poorly composited the clip over top of it. In this episode, however, I managed to rather efficiently use green screen to put in two vehicles. Another thing I experimented with were the transition effects available from Pitivi. Only two transitions really appear, but nonetheless they were fun to play with I guess. Characters from previous episodes make some cameos as extras in a crowd, albeit most of them in a redesigned Inkscape form. Some other extras are subtle pastiches of characters from pop culture, although one or two of them were ultimately altered a bit as to not look too similar to what they were referencing. Copyright/right of publicity concerns got to me a little bit again. Speaking of copyright, the only sound I really had to change in this production was the "wee" sound, which, like in the other episodes, was originally a different "wee" sound with a conflicting license. Pretty much all the other sounds were fine. Exporting was a slightly bigger obstacle. Like the previous episode, when I exported through Clipchamp it resulted in some weird graininess in some parts. Again, I had to employ the help of Blender's video editor to get a cleaner result. Pitivi was used for the bulk of original production, but there might have been a bit of OpenShot involvement as well. I decided to include it in the credits just in case. A few different screen recorders were involved in the animation process. One of them was recordMyDesktop, which I had used in the previous episodes, but others included Deepin Screen Recorder, Peek, and VLC's built-in recorder. I think I lost access to recordMyDesktop at some point in production which explains why this occurred. recordMyDesktop would ultimately be retired from usage in later episodes as I moved towards new and better tools for making animation. The card that honors people who have died in recent years originally listed some names of notable people, but I ultimately removed the names because I felt like it wasn't necessary to elevate anyone above everyone else. One extra who appears is based on the Rush drummer Neil Peart, who had died in 2020. Originally he was going to be a pseudo-Force ghost in reference to one tribute I saw that was an edit of a Return of the Jedi frame, but ultimately I decided that might be taken the wrong way and seen as poor taste so instead I made him a guy who plays drums (the sound for which I made using Online Sequencer.) Neil had a mustache at one point so that's why the guy has a mustache; he was sort of a conglomeration of Neil's appearances in life so as to not realistically resemble him too much (due to potential publicity rights concerns.) The WHAT News broadcast also contains a small reference to Rush as another tribute. The WHAT News anchor is voiced by my dad, who is credited under a pseudonym. He also has connections with the band that created the outro song, hence its usage. Well, that's all I'll say for now. Hope you enjoy, but it's okay if you don't.

Although he leaves room for improvement, Jack meanders his way across town searching for jobs before stumbling over his own unlaced shoes and a “helpe wontid” sign in front of a dilapidated store front. Haphazardly shuffling inside, Jack was not ready for the marvelous misadventures on which he was soon to embark. Following a series of inexplicable sounds, Jack encounters what one can only describe as the physical embodiment of rotting meat and left-on-the-counter cream cheese, Mark Pimento. He's the kind of guy that could possibly be working for the mob whilst also predicting your future. You know that one uncle of yours that shows up with a stained shirt and unkempt hair right at the most in-opportune time for a "quick visit?" Yeah, that's Mark. Unreasonably sweaty, oozing a questionable fragrance of fast food delicacies, this mythical “salesman” offers countless wares to his loyal, yet displaced customers. Marky Mark acts as the CEO of Pimento Planet™, a thrift-like store that offers luxury washing machine alcoves, -568.56 °R circumscribed cooling, ancient antiquities, and edible arrangements such as off-brand ice pops. Do me a favor: think of one item you definitely do not need right now, nor will you ever require said item. Okay, you good? Yeah, Pimento Planet™ has 40 of them in stock. Our love-able, wide-mouthed dope of a shopkeeper proudly represents a long line of Pimentos before him, continuing their seemingly endless hoarding legacies. Not all is well, however, as Mark is having it "up-to-here" in dealing with expectations from his "sponsors," the nefarious Maf-AI. Perhaps a break from this endless cycle of trash is in the midst. The Maf-AI are a rough-and-rowdy rag-tag group of artificially intelligent mobsters viciously scaling the chain of power to soon control all facets of our earthly plain. As their leader is VERY displeased with Mark's recent transgressions, a gaggle of their top goons are contracted to target Mark in the hopes of clearing their path towards destruction. Unfortunately for Mark, he's a bit busy giving an expansive tour of the Pimento Planet™ facility to realize what his "future" holds. Many questions still remain. Who is Psychic Bob? Why haven't I heard of that unreleased vinyl record? Who needs that many socks? But, most importantly: Will Mark slip further into his biologically destined downward spiral, or burst out from the flames of failure? Oh, and whose dog is that? <img src="https://uploads.ungrounded.net/tmp/img/1108000/iu_1108737_7951599.png" width="275" height="217" alt="iu_1108737_7951599.png" data-smart-scale="275,217">2nd Place Winner in Live Action Jam 2023 CASTMark Pimento - <a href="https://linktr.ee/graemebarrett" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Graeme Barrett (AudioOpera)</a>Jack Brandt - <a href="https://linktr.ee/DNSL" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">DNSL</a>MafAI Boss - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>MafAI Goons - <a href="https://linktr.ee/voicesbycorey" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">VoicesByCorey</a> / <a href="https://joshdytonvo.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">JoshDytonVO</a> / <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>News Anchor - <a href="https://nattosumi.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Nattosumi</a>Meatloaf - <a href="https://cyclonebreitmayer.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Cyclone Breitmayer</a>Jeremy Clarkson - <a href="https://nattosumi.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Nattosumi</a>Richard Hammond - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>Jerry Socks - <a href="https://bro-son.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Bro-son</a>Psychic Bob Voice - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>Live Action Psychic Bob - <a href="https://bro-son.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Bro-son</a>Mark Pimento’s Sultry Mouth - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>Live Action Mark Pimento - Nick Rahm / Hayden GrahamLive Action Jack Brandt - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a> ANIMATIONPimento Animation - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>Jack Animation - <a href="https://nattosumi.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Nattosumi</a>Top Gear Animation - <a href="https://septicsebi.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">SepticSebi</a>Jerry Socks Animation - <a href="https://bro-son.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Bro-son</a>3D Animation - <a href="https://bro-son.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Bro-son</a> BACKGROUNDS<a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a><a href="https://nattosumi.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Nattosumi</a> EDITING / SOUND DESIGN<a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a> MUSIC<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AVyX4Mje18" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">"Dispose Me"</a> - <a href="https://linktr.ee/buffout" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BUFFOUT</a>"Road Rage Symphony" - <a href="https://cyclonebreitmayer.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Cyclone Breitmayer</a><a href="https://open.spotify.com/track/7ltG2xQdmhfwHNZW3NcUNI?si=668085d88eb6418a" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">"Bad Whether - Green Sky Mix"</a> - <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@nobeyone" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nobey One</a><a href="https://open.spotify.com/track/04mOl9f2gfSSQWQyyuBgVs?si=19bfe1c73cdc4c59" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">"Fantajoyeux"</a> - <a href="https://www.pillowinde.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Pillowinde</a> FOOTAGELive Action Jack Brandt - <a href="https://linktr.ee/nicksenny" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nick Senny</a>Live Action Mark Pimento - <a href="https://nattosumi.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Nattosumi</a> / <a href="https://bro-son.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">Bro-son</a><a href="https://www.instagram.com/bobbyleehickman" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Psychic Bob</a> - <a href="https://www.psychicbobhickman.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bro-son</a>Mark V Vehicle - <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@autoalfred" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">autoalfred</a> In Loving Memory of Meatloaf &amp; Dixie <a href="https://www.patreon.com/PukeBomb" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">You can support PukeBomb on Patreon to become a "PukePatron" or "PukePal."</a><a href="https://www.patreon.com/PukeBomb" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">We supply behind the scenes images / videos / concepts / updates of our works in progress.</a>The "PukePatron" tier gets you the above posts and a thank you in the video description, but update to be a "PukePal" and be forever etched in history within the actual video's credits.
