Description

A 3d model showcase is a post made by the creator of a 3d model used to show off or advertise the model to viewers. It is usually a static 3d render of a solo character in a neutral pose (such as t-pose), but animated versions, especially turntable animations, are also common. More elaborate setups are also possible, but less common. The two key traits are that the post was made by the creator of the model, and that the post's focus is on the appearance or features of the model rather than using the model in a more complex scene. It may also be a work in progress.
