Description
A character shown expressing a desire for food, this may involve verbally stating that they're hungry, having a rumbling stomach, potentially drooling, licking their lips or thinking about food with other body language/body noises. Wavy emanating lines from the belly, or the belly visibly "rippling" are two visual shorthands for hunger.
Expressions of hunger are particularly common in art featuring overweight characters, stuffing or vore.
