Description

A sash is a length of fabric which is worn around the torso or hip. It often functions as a belt, holding tight any clothing or other torso-wrapping accessories, but can also be worn loosely or even on its own. Occasionally used in fashion contests as the reward "ribbon" to be worn by the winner.
