Description
Now, you're probably wondering that I'm gonna need all this speed for. After all, I do build up speed for 12 hours. But to answer that, we need to talk about parallel universes.
The A Button Challenge is an ongoing effort by several Super Mario 64 tool-assisted-speedrunners to beat the game without pressing the A button.
It is known for its incredibly complicated methods and in-depth explanations of obscure glitches and exploits in a decades-old game.
It was popularized by the video SM64 - Watch for Rolling Rocks - 0.5x A Presses (Commentated) by YouTube user Pannenkoek2012, which became (in)famous due to him calling out TJ "Henry" Yoshi over the use of the term "half A press", and the quote at the top of this page.
