Description
"Absolute territory" refers to the area of bare skin on the thigh between the bottom of a skirt, dress or shorts and top of any thigh-length legwear.
While some insist that there's a 'perfect ratio' there's no need to get that specific here.
For our purposes on e621: if there's a bare gap of skin visible between where the bottom of their skirt, dress or shorts meets the top of any thigh-length legwear, then you can use this tag.

Please note: this tag doesn't apply if they're lifting their skirt high enough to expose their whole thigh or if the skirt has been pushed up to their waist. It also does not apply to knee_socks (socks which only go up to the knee) because they are too short for this.
