Description

Alfred's Playhouse is a series of Flash animations created by Emily Youcis in 2007. The series involves a mentally ill, manchilded, talking cartoon dog named Alfred Alfer, who created "The Playhouse" through dissociation to escape from his painful reality. Though, The Playhouse isn't all that it seems, as Alfred suffers from traumatic flashbacks quite often throughout the series, which ends up with him getting a visit from his DID-induced alter, Dictator Pickles. Alfred's Playhouse consists of 3 different parts, making it a trilogy. It's known for its usage of sensitive topics, graphic imagery and its rather controversial creator.
