Description
The Asura are a race of small humanoids and one of the five playable races in Guild Wars 2 (though they did appear in the original games, but only as NPCs). The Asura are notable in being arguably the most technological advanced race in the games setting. Though a subterranean race, the Asura were forced above ground after their underground cities were destroyed by the Elder Dragon Primordus and his minions known as Destroyers.
