Description
Avoidance games are a genre of video games in which the player must avoid obstacles, or enemies for a specified period of time. Some avoidances task the player with completing objectives that will progress the player to the next screen, or stage. Bullet hell games are a 2D sub-genre that involves many obstacles moving across the screen at once, which greatly restricts the player's ability to maneuver around the screen.
