Description

When a pair of balls is directly in front of or around a character's face, but not making physical contact. Direction, length of proximity, and reason for being there, are all unimportant. What matters is that balls are close enough to somebody's face they're impossible to ignore, but they're not making contact. For instances where the balls are making contact, see balls_on_face.
