Description

A knitted hat that is designed to provide warmth in the winter or cold months. Normal usage keeps a turned-up cuff and hugs the head, another is leaving a few inches of the top unstretched so that flops or sticks up. Some knit beanies have puff balls at the top, and some have earflaps.
Also known as a tuque.
