Description

This tag describes images and animations that primarily, or only consist of the tones black and white.
Please do not use this tag if grey is the predominant color in the post, use greyscale instead. If an image has varying tones of grey shading, it is not a black and white image. Do not use this tag to refer to the character's body color either (use black_body and white_body accordingly).
A black and white image will often feature a blank white background with black lines, although this is sometimes reversed, with white lines or shapes on a black background. Black and White images sometimes feature halftone or hatching to create areas of tonal value between black and white, alternatively, or additionally, the image may feature large solid areas of white or black to define the figure, or to convey highlights and shadows on the subject or background of the image.
Line art is often black and white.
In rare cases, an image can still fall under this tag while featuring some sparse grey shading (such as blush or very minor soft shading on a figure).
