Description
When a male character is dressed in upper body wear, but lacking any pants or undergarments. Note that legwear and footwear are exceptions, but any underwear would warrant it being tagged pantsless, instead. Missing Clothes Cheat Sheet
(Remember to exercise tag_what_you_see: if you can't tell whether a character is wearing underwear, ignore it.)
