The nineteenth installment of The Legend of Zelda franchise and the first developed using high resolution graphics, released in March 2017 on the Wii U and the Switch. It brings the Rito, Zora, Gerudo, Gorons, Koroks, and Sheikah all together into one setting, alongside lots of both new and returning series monsters. Additionally, it reimagines the Triforce goddesses as feral Eastern dragons with power over the local weather. Many of its nonhuman characters are extremely popular among the furry community.
Synopsis
Set in Hyrule, nearly 100 years after the slumber of amnesiac protagonist Link, the story involves his awakening to a mysterious voice as he follows its direction and embarks on a quest to defeat Calamity Ganon.
