He first appeared in the comic "The Rise of Chet":/pools/13783 (2018). He is acquainted with Pops, Sabbath, and Lars, and used to babysit Gunnar when he was a kid (to the point that he calls him "Uncle Chet"). He is 47 years old,[sup][2] [/sup] and is a construction worker.[sup][3] [/sup]
Trivia:
- Chet has taken the virginity of 15 people[sup][4] [/sup] (one of whom was Crew).[sup][5] [/sup]
- Despite being a sex machine, Chet has never had a meaningful romantic relationship.[sup][6] [/sup]
- Chet has to be in control of every situation. It's part of why he prefers way younger guys.[sup][7] [/sup]
- Has a weekly poker night with Lars, Pops, and Sabbath,[sup][8] [/sup] which is still happening after the events of The Rise of Chet.[sup][9] [/sup]
- When Anti Dev noted that some of his characters have last names an others don't, a fan suggested applying the Sonic format of "Character the Species". To which Anti Dev replied: "Chet the Fucker".[sup][10] [/sup]

- Although Anti Dev has claimed that Chet would never bottom,[sup][12] [/sup] he later conceded that "he would bottom for a younger guy who couldn’t handle bottoming for him.
