Description
A fictional race from the mixed media series Outlaw Star.
The Ctarl-ctarl are a militaristic race of humanoid cat-like people who control a vast empire across space. Most other races give the Ctarl-ctarl a wide berth and deal with them with great caution as they are known for their strength and quick tempers.
Ctarl-ctarl's are affected by a planet's lunar effects, gaining strength based on the phases of the moon. Ctarl-ctarl's are also able to metamorph to varying degrees, leading them back to their primal state which is exceptionally powerful. The lesser degree transformations increases their power while their primal form increases it significantly but taxes their energy greatly as well.
