Description
When a character's penis has its own face.
If the penis has body parts other than a face (or head) such as a torso or limbs, then sentient_penis and/or cock_transformation should be used instead.
Not to be confused with
- head_penis (penis on head such as penis_horn or penis_nose)
- dickhead (head replaced with penis)
- dickneck (detached head with penis as a neck)
