Description

A single character being penetrated by exactly two penises, tails, objects in any single orifice, or cumulatively involving a combination of orifices.

Tagging guidelines

Anything that counts as penetration is included.
If a character is simultaneously penetrated orally + anally or vaginally, it's also a spitroast.
If a character is in the middle of two penetrating partners which face them, simultaneously penetrating them (both vaginally, both anally or one in each) then it's also a sandwich position.
If one character with two penises is penetrating two other characters simultaneously use bilateral penetration instead.

Due to how the implications are established this tag may include images where a character is penetrated by more than two things. A character can be penetrated twice in one orifice, and penetrated a third time in another orifice. In such a case, both `double_penetration`, and `triple_penetration` may be used.
