Description
Used when a character, typically a dragon, is exhaling electricity and/or lightning. Similar to how some characters breath fire, but raw electrical power instead. This may be hard to distinguish from a character breathing an intense white or blue flame, but will often be depicted as actual bolts of lightning emitting from the creature's mouth: a bright jagged glowing line.
