Description

A water supply connection point used by firefighters, and sometimes municipal services such as street sweepers or tank trucks. The pentagon-shaped bolt on the top turns the water supply on or off by turning it with a special pentagon-shaped wrench socket.
Sometimes sewer maintenance trucks need to flush out sewer lines.
