Description

Flower hair is a form of pseudo hair composed of flower petals. This is heavily associated with flower creatures.

For a character with a literal flower growing out of their head, head_flower is more accurate. If the character is not obviously a flora fauna, a flower in the hair should be tagged as flower_in_hair instead, or flower_on_head if the character does not have hair.
