Description
Food transformation (or "Food TF") describes a character being transformed into some form of food item or edible substance, how this is depicted and the "amount of transformation" can vary. Variations on Food Transformation
- The character mostly or entirely retains their form post-transformation, but appears to be made of an edible substance - usually jelly or gelatin, or has become some sort of living candy or cake
- The character is partially transformed, with body parts resembling food items, usually for comedic effect
- The character is transformed into a moulded chocolate, shaped pancake, waffles, or cookie form of themselves
- May look like the character's pre-tf form, or can be a cartoonish flattened version of the character (as if they were pressed or rolled into shape)
- Usually incapable of movement but still aware, sometimes fully inanimate
- The character becomes a semi-animate food item, usually only with eyes, sometimes an entire face; rarely, the character's entire head, and/or their limbs remain
- The character becomes a completely inanimate food item, nearly indistinguishable from regular food
- Sometimes the food item features body parts (tails, ears), patterns, colours or symbols referencing the character's pre-tf appearance
Related Tags:
- Candy Gore - A transformed character might be shown broken, bitten, or cut open, revealing filling, cake layering or other food related substances
- Vore - Food TF often has a transformed character at risk of being eaten, or is shown being eaten by another character
- Vore should only be tagged if the character is actively being eaten, if there's only the implication (eg. the character having pieces of them broken off with a fork, being served on a plate to another character) it should be tagged as imminent vore instead
- This should generally not be tagged as hard vore, even if the character is chewed up, unless there is explicit gore or blood
- Inanimate Transformation - for cases where the character loses any apparent awareness or ability to move
- After Transformation
