Description

Female to Gynomorph Transformation. To elaborate; the character's pussy disappears and is replaced with a penis (and balls too but not always) while still retaining a female body (breasts included). Such a transformation almost always involve penis growth along with ball growth.

Not to be confused with

ftg_crossgender - The originally female character is depicted as a gynomorph from the start by the artist without any transformation taking place in the post.
fth_transformation - The female character grows a male sex organ but retains her pussy, making her a hermaphrodite.
