Description
Goofy is a funny animal cartoon character created by Disney animators Art Babbitt and Frank Webb in 1932 who is one of The Walt Disney Company's "Sensational Six" characters. Originally created as Dippy Dawg, he is a tall anthropomorphic animal with dog-like facial features who is known for his kind-hearted but clumsy and bumbling personality. He is close friends with two of Disney's other leading star characters Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and has a son named Max. While Mickey is the goody-two-shoes hero and Donald is the irasciable hedonist, Goofy has flaws and virtue in equal measure, making him the most relatable of the Disney main cast. He is also the only Disney "hero" to not have a girlfriend.
