Description

A character with one or both hands touching their own penis.

This can apply to a character holding their penis or masturbating by using their hand to stimulate their penis.

This tag is especially helpful for hand-penis interaction that defies the holding, grabbing or masturbation tags, or doesn't cleanly fall under holding/grabbing. This tag can also help describe interaction between two or more characters where `hand_on_penis` alone may be vague, it can denote, along with hand on another's penis that a single character's penis is being touched by themselves and their partner(s).
