Description
When a character has an unrealistically massive head, even larger than the rest of their body.
For fully grown adults, the head is usually 1/7th or 1/8th of their total height. This tag is for head to body ratio of 2:1 or more (body only takes 1/3 of their total height). Possibly cause by head_expansion or head_inflation gone hyper.
