Description
When a character has a sheath that is relative to themselves that is disproportionately and beyond unrealistically large. Do note that a sheath, being effectively a sleeve for a character's own cock and thus the diameter will often match that of the cock, is best measured primarily by its length.
But for a hyper sheath, the thickness is very often scaled up a lot too. So they generally bare about equal weight for wether or not to apply the hyper sheath tag.

So a sheath could be considered to be hyper sized just because it's overall massive.

Or because the sheath is both close to that, and is also very thick for its length.

But not if the sheath only has a large diameter, while completely skipping out on any length at all. And just because a character has other hyper genitalia, and has a sheath, that doesn't mean they automatically have a hyper sheath. That's two common tagging mistakes.
And generally if the sheath's length doesn't manage to roughly exceed about 1/2 of a feral or 1/3 of an anthro character's underside/belly & chest area. And doesn't have significant thickness while being close to that, then this tag likely doesn't apply.
