Description
Jack-O' pose involves a character in a crouching position where they lean all the way forward from a stand at the waist, feet planted far apart, and arms resting on the ground with their butt high in the air. The tag name and odd pose refers to the character Jack-O' Valentine from the fighting game franchise Guilty Gear, her crouching pose is the position described above, a pose that requires a great deal of flexibility to perform.
This pose became a meme in August 2021, and a deluge of content featuring characters performing this pose was created — note the date, any images before August 2021 are not intended to be a "jack-o' pose" but simply an ass up pose.
Given the nature of the pose, a character viewed from behind may be presenting hindquarters.
