Description
Images that show the knot of a character's penis that is in the sheath and not (yet) outside of it. The knot can be indicated by a large bulge in the sheath. It can also be slightly viewable in the sheath or with the sheath partway pulled back over the knot, but with still the majority of the knot inside the sheath.
This tag is not to describe that a canine character isn't erect! It's specifically for if the knot at least partially inflated within the sheath.

To better explain, the process of erection for characters that have a sheath and canine penis (or something of the like) it starts with the entire penis sitting inside the sheath. When aroused, the penis slowly starts to slide out of the sheath with the tip emerging first. (The sheath does not retract like is often depicted in art, as it lacks any muscles to do that, it's just skin.)
The penis does not slide forwards far enough to get the knot out on its own, instead the sheath has to get pushed back, usually by whatever hole is being penetrated, in order to get the knot out of it.
"Knot in sheath" describes when the knot is made to swell up while still inside the sheath.
