Description
The part of a canine_penis that connects the knot to the rest of the body. Most of it contains a special bone called the baculum.
You may be surprised to learn that knot root is homologous to the shaft of the human penis, while the canine glans and knot are a copy of the relatively small human glans. [questionable, citation needed]
