Description
The Lalafell are a playable race in Final Fantasy XIV, introduced in the original 1.0 release. They are a dimunutive people, growing no higher than three feet or so, often appearing childlike to the uninitiated. Despite this, they are more than capable of keeping up with their taller counterparts both physically and mentally.
Their origins can be traced back to the tropical south sea isles, from which they found their way to Eorzea via ocean trading routes and subsequently came to share prosperous relations with the other races.
On the First, they are known as Dwarves and typically sport helmets and beard-like scarves which hide their faces from view. On the Ninth, they are known as Milalla.
