It can be cooked fresh or made from a prepackaged mix, the most popular of which is the kind of product made by Kraft Foods known to Canadians as Kraft Dinner (Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner or Kraft Mac and Cheese to Americans and Australians, and Macaroni Cheese or Cheesey Pasta to Britons).
