Mosslax (Japanese: こけカビゴン Moss-Kabigon) is a supporting character in pokémon Pokopia. It is a Snorlax that has been asleep for so long that moss has started growing over its body, along with a flower on top of its head. Its name is coined by Trubbish.
A particular Snorlax, named Mosslax, has a unique spin-off form called Mossy.
Mossy Snorlax's body is entirely covered in green moss, with its arms hidden within it. It has a white flower on top of its head. This unusual appearance is because Mossy Snorlax has been asleep for an extended period, allowing moss to grow around it and effectively masking the unique features of the Snorlax.
The reason for its long slumber stems from being in a bad mood after losing a fight to an unknown pokémon. However, during its extended sleep, Mossy Snorlax completely forgot about the pokémon that defeated it. The only way to awaken this particular Snorlax is through a powerful lightning strike.
