Description
Use this tag when there is a bow attached to a neck.
Bows of this type are usually worn in a manner similar to a scarf, and do not resemble the ribbons that are used to create other types of bows.
At the moment this tag does not include bow tie, and it probably overlaps with bow collar to some extent. This tag may end up referring to any type of bow worn around the neck.
