Description

A character wearing tape over their nipples.

Generally used to simultaneously avoid public indecency laws and put on a provocative appearance, covering up the nipples with tape allows someone to go out in public essentially topless, with as much of their breasts exposed as possible, obeying the letter of the laws against indecency while flagrantly defying the spirit of the law.
