In most cases, this involves a character who is pregnant, overweight, or inflated/bloated with a pumpkin/jack-o'-lantern design on their protruding belly This tag can also apply to rare cases where a character is partially transformed to have a belly resembling a pumpkin, or a flora fauna character that has a belly resembling a pumpkin or jack-o'-lantern.
