Description
Wings as they are in nature, strictly used primarily for flight and not opposible, they may have digits in the case of membranous wings but no hands, realistic wings attach at the sides of the shoulders were arms would otherwise go.
For tagging proposes do not tag feral characters with this except for mythological/fictional species.
