Description
A niche penetration where instead of going outside-in like normally, it goes inside-out, either through magic (and possibly dildos), (semi-)incorporeal beings like ghosts, vore, or through a wound or otherwise created hole in the body.
If it's a typical all the way through, tag with that instead, though the tags might not be mutually exclusive.
