Description

When a character with a sheath is fully_sheathed or only showing a penis_tip and has shorts that are unzipped, open_pants, or underwear/boxers with the sheath protruding through the open fly of said clothing. In most cases they will also qualify for detached_sheath as the sheath will be more free to poke through, though with a stretchy/loose enough skin bridge between the sheath and the belly could still allow protrusion without it being truly detached.
