Description

A character crouching up and down repeatedly, usually as exercise, but can be done as a part of dancing. Should be only applied to a character actively crouching up and down, animated images, or when a character is clearly working out. Can be done as a form of weightlifting with weights on the shoulders at a squat_rack.
