Street fashion, first popularized in the 1990s. A form of casual fashion worn primarily in urban areas, taking elements from sportswear, punk fashion, skateboarding culture and J-Fashion. It is closely associated with hip hop music.
Streetwear typically incorporates casual staples such as t-shirts, jeans, baseball caps and sneakers. It is a very gender-neutral style, with the same types of clothing being worn by both men and women.
