Description
A skirt that has a hole which allows the wearer's tail to poke through. This may be explicitly shown, or can be implied by the positioning of the character's tail.
The tail is going through the skirt, not to be confused with tail_over_skirt or tail_under_skirt.
If the hole the tail is going through looks intentionally made that way (and not a result of tail_growth), also add tail_clothing.
