Description
When a character's breasts are replaced with balls. This is often part of some sort of cock transformation, though not always.
If the result of this also involves the character being able to ejaculate out of their mouth, you're also looking for emitting cum.
If the body parts in question are shared between multiple people (acting as balls for one character and breasts for another character) then both ballsack nipples and testicle_breasts may apply.
Not to be confused with:
- ballsack nipples (when a character's balls have nipples or are replaced with breasts)
- balls as fake breasts (when a character with huge and saggy balls hoists them up to look like breasts)
