Description

Describes images where the side straps of a thong or panties with "strappy" sides that sit high on the character's hips, are visible above the waistband of outer bottomwear.

When viewed from the back, on an individual wearing low riding pants and showing off butt cleavage, the straps may form what is informally called a "whale tail."
