Description
A small settlement, with a population usually ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand residents.
Villages can be depicted in many ways depending on setting and time period — they can be a small collection of thatch roofed huts, a set of businesses along a main road, with scattered houses on side streets, surrounded by farmland or a walled hamlet with medieval cottages and stores. The tallest structure in a village is usually a church, water tower or grain silo.
