Description
Wa Lolita is a style of Lolita which borrows from traditional Japanese clothing. Common elements include kimono-like sleeves, a crossed front bodice, obi, and other elements of Japanese clothing such as the kimono.
Common motifs include cherry blossoms & other flowers, bells, lanterns, and prints of scenes of Japan, especially historical scenes. Common colors are red, blue, white, gold, black, and pink.
It is similar to Qi Lolita, which is instead based on traditional Chinese clothing.
